Movie gets moved up...

Spider-Man 2 will now open on June 30th, two days ahead of the original July 2nd release. This will force a lot of promotional changes since the original movie posters tied in the 2 in July 2nd with the 2 in Spider-Man 2.

I guess they didn't pay attention to the dates and realized that Oh CRAP! we are supposed to open that movie on a Wednesday not Friday so they can get the two extra days out of the holiday weekend.

Hey, ya can't go wrong with Will Wednesday. Besides, Thursday being a holiday here, you'd be stupid not to open it Wednesday.

I cant wait for this one (from a business aspect anyway), 2 more days of it is fine by me. And speaking of big movies, anyone end up with bigger than expected crowds for Scooby?
