Author Topic: Pre-show slides and countdown Gary Davidson Expert Film Handler Posts: 101 From: Santa Monica, CA Registered: Jan 2004 posted 02-11-2004 05:32 PM                     I need to know, as precisely as possible, the time increments that encompass the slide show, pre-show countdown, advertisements and trailers right up to the moment when the feature hits the screen. Each ad has the length on it jsut like a trailer.  |  IP: Logged Blake Zaugg Film Handler Posts: 57 From: Lafayette, LA Registered: Sep 2002 posted 02-12-2004 01:03 PM                     It time the "re-show presentation" is running is going to depend which theatre it is in. For example (at a 5 screen theatre)you start seating all the shows at 1:00, and all the start times are staggered 5-10 min each Starting at 1:15. By the time your last show starts it is 1:45. So your shortest time is 15min, but you will have some theatres running for 30-40 min. The same will happen after the show for the next set. Sometimes there is more time in between shows than others.
