The project I have been working on for the last six plus years has not materialized and I was refused tenancy by the landlord for my alternate project. So I am going to move on.

I would like to lease/option a theatre (single screen or twin) for a percentage of the gross in a small or rural town in the Pacific Northwest, Colorado or the upper midwest. (I will consider other areas.) Theatre can be dark but must be operational. If you know of anyone who owns such a theatre please feel free to email me or have them contact me or post the info here.
