Author Topic: LED Auditorium Status Signage Jacob Huber Expert Film Handler Posts: 172 From: Evansville, IN, USA Registered: Feb 2002 posted 11-01-2002 01:26 AM                     I'm wondering if anybody knows of a manufacturer of LED Auditorium Status Signage, or if such a product exists or can be makeshifted out of a current product. I'm thinking of something that will alert patrons of the status of an auditorium before entering. Possible displays: Now Playing Previews Now Playing Feature Now Cleaning, Please Wait Outside Now Seating Something like this would most likely be hooked up to projector automation with something in the auditorium to switch from Now Cleaning to Now Seating. Most IMAX theaters that I have been to have this policy. And if you leave, you can't come back! That would be a nice policy to have. Why would someone want to see a movie knowing they missed the first 15 minutes?
