Author Topic: upcoming 70mm releases Paul Linfesty Phenomenal Film Handler Posts: 1383 From: Bakersfield, CA, USA Registered: Nov 1999 posted 07-03-2002 11:11 AM                     After purusing Widescreen Review's upcoming 70mm in LA list, I noticed that, in addition to the previously announced LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, two other titles, PLAYTIME and LORD JIM. Why Tati brought in the sides of the frame remains to be found out. It's not as wide as 1,85:1. There are currently 2 70mm DTS prints. And they are only running in Paris at the Arlecin cinema.
