Holding approx. 1500 seats. And the construction cost of such a facility. Construction costs vary with regard to geographical region and local economy. Or more that you want to pay. Cinemas are expensive because of the sloped floor or stadium seating. However, it was kind of a strange setup, being a mall location. My current 10-screen with 1,614 seats has 25,916 square feet.
