Approved last Friday by the bankruptcy court and reported yesterday by the Hollywood Reporter.

Now you wonder if Regal will pull out of certain markets due to overlap with UA and/or Edwards. Regal went up against UA in NYC and eventually pulled out. From what I've read Regal has never done well in CA against Edwards.
