I was wondering what other's candy/popcorn prices were? Ours are...
Small candy (the kind found by the checkout in a grocery store) $1.00
Medium Candy (Theatre Size, Sno-Caps and Raisinets etc.) $2.00
Large Candy (5.5 OZ Jr. Mints and Milk Duds etc.) $3.00
Popcorn... 24oz... 1.00 46 oz... 2.00 85 oz... 3.50 130 oz.. 6.00

Fluffy Stuff Cotton Candy - $3.00

Too much.. Yeah.. and so is our film rental, utility bills, construction costs, supplies, etc... Nature of the buisness...

Yes it's the only way to make any Real money, with the film Distributors taking their Percentage the only thing left for the Cinema Owners is the Nibble Nook (Candy Bar)concession Stand , we used to make our own Ice-Creams Choc coated and with Nuts (if you like that)and Pop Corn and you can make up to 100% on these alone , but Intermission was the best for us , "Jurrasic Park I " was our best (and we kept running that even when the Video came out)we would break just after the T Rex Attack and they landed in the tree , well I tell you those kids really needed a drink and something to eat after that and there was still more heart pumping action to come,I know this is not ideal for Plexs because of the tight schedules, but for a small twinn or single screen this is where the money is .
