Ours are... Yeah.. and so is our film rental, utility bills, construction costs, supplies, etc... Nature of the buisness...  |  IP: Logged Paul Cassidy Jedi Master Film Handler Posts: 549 From: Auckland, New Zealand Registered: Aug 2001 posted 12-10-2001 07:39 AM                        Yes it's the only way to make any Real money, with the film Distributors taking their Percentage the only thing left for the Cinema Owners is the Nibble Nook (Candy Bar)concession Stand , we used to make our own Ice-Creams Choc coated and with Nuts (if you like that)and Pop Corn and you can make up to 100% on these alone , but Intermission was the best for us , "Jurrasic Park I " was our best (and we kept running that even when the Video came out)we would break just after the T Rex Attack and they landed in the tree , well I tell you those kids really needed a drink and something to eat after that and there was still more heart pumping action to come,I know this is not ideal for Plexs because of the tight schedules, but for a small twinn or single screen this is where the money is .  |  IP: Logged
