Author Topic: Pay scale for manager Mark Huff Film Handler Posts: 69 From: Springfield, IL, USA Registered: May 2000 posted 07-01-2001 10:13 PM                     Can anyone tell me what a low to high end yearly salary for a General Manager would be in California. I would like to know based on a 14 to 20 screen theatre. Things such as bonus structures also come into play.
