Today's top story in The Hollywood Reporter details the lawsuit filed in Bankruptcy Court by several major unsecured creditors (including Coca Cola and National Theatre Supply) to block the proposed buyout of Lowes by Onex Capital and Oaktree Management (who has already paired with Philip Ansutz in his purchases of UA, Edwards and Regal). The unsecured's want to throw it into general bankruptcy which would probably mean a lot more selling off of assets.
