I notice that ATLANTIS is opening for a 1-week run at the Ziegfeld in NYC before opening in general release. Will Disney be doing anything special here? DLP or 70mm?

Also a similar run at EL CAPITAN.

DLP in the Ziegfeld would be an interesting test.

Atlantis had a 2-week run at the Ziegfeld -- in DLP. Bumped to make room for Dr. Dolittle 2.

Are they using the DLP projector for "Doctor Dolittle 2"?

Gee...does DLP get to be blamed for Atlantis' demise or at least be blaimed for not adding to it's experiance like 70mm was attacked for Far and Away?

It aint the medium, it's the product.

I'm already tired of 35mm...it just isn't good enough, I want/need 70mm!

The Ziegfeld used a Barco D-CineStar.
