What would be a good buying price for a decent grossing Drive In? Also what would a decent Drive In gross be for Box office and Concession weekly?

Mark, as you search for a drive-in site, better find out what the property is worth, and the taxes you have to pay. Many of the drive-in's were closed and the property was sold because the property value was just too high to have a drive-in theater sitting on it. Some drive-in's could not even make the tax rolls.
