Does anybody know how to change the name of the technicolor contact at the theater? Everytime I call them for anything, I get, "is this Dan?" My response every time is "No, this is NOT Dan, this is Mike Spaeth. Dan has not worked here since January. Can you please change the contact name?" But, this has been going on for six months now, and it's quite annoying. Every package/film shows up attn: Dan ___.

I just looked in my handy "Exhibitor Guide" and it says to call Customer Service for that. (800-99-FILMS) Thank God for the Guide!

Oddly enough, they changed the contact name for my theatre to my name from the GM's name, even though I didn't ask them to.. Technicolor is just odd..

Hey I just got my Technicolor:The greatest name in color Exhibitor Guide in yesterday. So all my problems are solved. I'll never have to worry about a late delivery. All my reels will be in one piece. If there is ever a problem, one simple phone call to their customer service department will fix it overnight. The guide is filled with step by step instructions and lots of pretty pictures. Yes I am finally out of the dark ages. BTW I am really disappointed that I didn't get the special Technicolor poster and matching magnet. Oh well, maybe they will arrive next week.

Maybe they'll take a cue from us Film-Techers and include this statement on the front cover of the next edition:

"Technicolor Puts the ASS in Quality Assurance!"
