Any insight as to what salary one could expect working as manager or assistant manager for any of the national chains? I know there are many factors involved, location, number of screens, but I just wanted a rough idea. Thanks.

You are right it all depends on every factor you can think of. Experience does pay. If you walk in there with confidence they will feel it. NEVER NEVER NEVER take a first offer. I myself have so far turned down two offers from century. Never be desperate, unless you have no experience. Then just feel lucky. The key is if you have the know how, let them know it, and let them know it will cost them, but they will profit from it.

However with a few exeptions such as Ky, Ian, Mike, etc.... theater owners are morons.
