The tagline for this movie is "Kick some ass, get the girl, and try to look dope while you're doing it."

And that's all there is to it. Really. If you understand what that tagline says, you know the whole story that's about to be presented.

The action is too exaggerated to be suspend any disbelief, it's not funny enough to be a cartoon, and the story is so thin it's almost non-existent.

What's left is stuck in a no-man's land where it becomes a more-or-less connected series of over-the-top stunts and nothing more. There's not enough character development to create any kind of attachment or interest in any of them. It's almost like watching something like Jackass; it simply revolves around "see this, now see that, now see the next one over here". And when they run out of stunts, the movie is over.

Due to a lack of character development and story, all that's left is a series of impossible stunts. I suppose that if that's what you want to see, then that's fine but know that there's nothing more in it than that.
