I ended up seeing this gunk in something like a mystery test screening. We collectively didn't know what movie was being served. I've never even touched the first one with a 10ft pole and I didn't really have any intentions to see this one, but I ended up seeing at least a part of it...

To sum this movie up: An assault on your common sense. If there is a hell, they would play this movie there in an endless loop.
My advice: Burn with napalm and shoot the remains into the sun. Never tell anybody you actually saw it.

Just like the Scary Movie series started out as a parody on all the slasher horror movies of the time, this one tries to do the same with the "found footage" style horror movies like the Paranormal Activity series.

There are those kind of movies, especially the kind that take themselves too serious, that are generally bad, but become good in a campy kind of way. This is NOT one of those movies.

It's a funny movie without jokes, a porn movie without porn, a scary movie without a scare. This movie is more bad than worst. I walked out after about 30 minutes, but even if the movie has the best ending since The Godfather, it would not be sufficient to compensate for the utter drivel of the first 30 minutes I had to endure.
