A kidnapping and potential murder is in progress and we get to watch it as it happens from the point of view of both the 911 operator and the victim.

The first three-quarters of this movie are great -- real edge-of-the-seat suspense; a top-notch thriller. The victim and the bad guy are wonderful.

Unfortunately, the last 25% of the movie gets way over the top, far too implausible, and winds up as just plain silly, which sort of spoils the earlier build-up.

Oh well. It's a fun movie (mostly) and it is worth seeing, but you'll be disappointed by the ending.
