Whoa! What an over the top film. They should of called the movie, Rescue Mission.

I now know why this movie bombed big time.

I have never seen a film so far fetched that I couldn't believe what I was watching.

I mean, Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind has a better chance of happening than this.

Russell Crowe is good and so is Elizabeth Banks.

There are so many REDICULOUS twists, turns and coincendences that I can't believe that this film came from the writer of Million Dollar Baby and Crash.

The cherry on top, and I mean cherry on top with a mountain of whipped cream was with the missing button and the floating dollar bill that trickles down to a storm drain to reveal a key piece of evidence at the end. I was like, FUCKING AMAZING...this deserves **** stars

Near the end, I figured, Paul Haggis you have insulted me with this trash that I am going to insult you and say that your movie is a four star movie.

Ok, I'm confused here..you evidently hated the film, yet you rate it **** out of five? [Confused]

The standard ratings in this forum have been * = CRAP to ***** = Must-see, super fantastic.

Maybe I missed the memo changing the rating system here? [Roll Eyes]

Movie was ok, ** out of *****

Was too slow at points, too much buildup, and too long. But the highway scene was great

This had its moments, some good work out of the actors for the most part. But it was way way to long. It came out against Potter, and it had the same run time as Potter. This should have been a tight 2hrs and it would of been great. Tom your rating makes zero sense. You say:

Like its supposed to piss him off. I promise you if he saw that you gave his movie 4/5* he would be happy. He wouldn't give two shits what you said, just that you gave it FOUR Stars. Then he'd wounder who the hell this guy is.

I agree that the button was a huge groaning spot, but overall I enjoyed it.

3.5/5 [thumbsup] would of been better if they cut 30 minutes.
