Bowtie (formerly Crown) Annapolis Mall XI

Auditorium #6 3:50 p.m. show 1/1/07

Great film. If only half the films today were made with this kind of heart - the theatre business would be doing much better.

It is a story that has been told many times before. However, this is the best version I have seen (or read, or heard).

Presentation: It sucked. The sound dropped out continuously during the trailers. After the ridiculous amount of ads, then the previews, the film finally started.

The aperature was bad, the light was dim. The entire third reel of the film went in and out of focus continuously.

I was stuck in the middle of a row - otherwise I would have gotten up to complain. If the focus issue had continued - I was going to use my cell phone to call and complain (don't we love customer's who do that?)

Anyways - if the chains can get their act together in regards to presentation (35 mm). Maybe the industry can be saved?
