Although no known prints of this silent Lon Chaney classic are known to exist, enough stills were available to recreate the film via a montage with music and the script subtitles.

This was accomplished through the assistance of many parties, including UCLA.

This production was aired on Turner Classic Movies last night, and although the production was made some time ago, this was the first time I saw it. This is something that should not be missed.

The stills that were used were in quite excellent condition, and the close-ups of Chaney do an excellent job of revealing the details of his excellent and horrifying make-up.
