As long as you go in expecting a Low Budget B Horror Movie, than Cabin Fever isn't too bad. I'd say that it is about as good as 28 Days Later. A little less scary a lot more gory and gruesome, however. I like the humor that popped up here and there, espically the joke that gets set up at the beginning and paid off at the end. It has the typical B-Movie acting (though I thought that the actor who played the lead did a pretty good job) and typical B-Movie ending. I'd say 3 out of 5 stars.

WHen they began going into the twon I kept hearing the fiddle playing kid from Deliverance playing in my head..

Not a bad flick, but not a good flick either.

Definately better than 28 Days Later....

NO NO NO

28 Days Later had better acting, better plot.IMO an all round better film.

Saying that Cabin fever was OK 5 - 10 & the joke about the rifle was a nice touch.
