I've seen the future. A world where focus knobs and tripods do not exist but the zoom lens is back in fashion. A world where only blind epileptics with short attention spans can become cameramen. A world in which color balance is a thing of the past as we move forward toward "aqua-tone".

In this world the audience will be forced to leave the theatre for air and a cup of water every half hour due to dizzyness.

The incessent drone of what men want from women and what men say women want from men will be
P O U N D E D
I N T O
Y O U R
H E A D.

The future is very dark indeed. And annoying.

2 Dramamines.

(P.S. The guys from Artisan, who are naturally concerned about this films less-than-spectacular opening, jokingly said they're going to blame it on my bad management... "And...?")

I am usually a pretty tough critic of poorly photographed films, but I actually liked this. It was funny and unconventional in many ways. Not recommended as a date movie, but a very impressive first feature for Dylan Kidd.

The cameraman was drunk. He had to be. Otherwise the camera would have NEVER moved because he would have drifted asleep due to the boringness of it all.
