I would call this film moderately entertaining. Keeps you interested, but doesn't exactly push the envelope.
It was an interesting switch to see Keanu Reeves in the villain role though...

An outstanding film?
Probably not by most people's standards.
Could I see it again?
Oh perhaps...depends on who asks me to watch it though...
