Is that the original mono audio wrapped in a 5.1 container, or a true 5.1 remix?

And how's the image quality?

On the verification sheet its marked 5.1(2.0) Pretty front heavy so I suspect its not a true 5.1

Image looked pretty good for a low budget film from 1975. The restoration was done from a print though as there was projector cue marks.
