Curious to know anyone's print looks very grainy?

Looks like this film was made on 16mm and digital 7D cameras. Can anyone confirm?

According to American Cinematographer: Super 16mm (Arri 416)& Digital capture (Canon Eos 7D, 1D MkIV).
