Can we talk here? A lot of people hate Joan Rivers, but you have to admit she definitely has resilience. She's probably more popular now than ever. She's the Don Rickles of womanhood.

On her comedy album from many years ago, she seriously slams Billings, Montana: "You know what city I hate? Billings, Montana. If you're in an airplane, and you have a choice between crashing or landing in Billings Montana, go down in that goddamn plane. I mean, women in high heels and SOCKS, can you believe it! They had a fashion show at J.C. Penney. No models -- they would open the catalog and point."
