In my two years of working w/ film, I have never seen a film w/out an attached trailer. Is this common and I just don't know it??

Not every film is required to have an attached trailer. Our print of Fanboys from last month didn't come with an attached trailer. It probably varies by studio.

On both prints of The Hangover, there was a sticker on the head of reel 1 that was labeled "REMOVE ORPHAN FROM HEADER." I'm assuming they did this because there may have been a change in the trailer and it was too late to fix it so instead they removed the Orphan that was printed on the reel and instead just enclosed the newer trailer.

Although after watching the trailer, it was the exact same trailer we've been playing for weeks.

I have been given 2 running times 99 and 96...which is it?

That Orphan trailer should have the 'It's more difficult to love a child who's not your own' bit removed or replaced.
