Thought it was mono only - Dolby optical stereo didn't come out til the mid 70's...and I'm not aware of any mag/opt prints of this film during the initial Spring of 1968 release.

in DeLuxe and one of the first to use Panavision cameras and anamorphics instead of the B&H anamorphics - why the "CinemaScope" trademark was eliminated with this film.

Just ran this at the Landmark Loews Jersey. Yes, the print was Dolby SR/SRD. It was the Fox vault print, arrived on cores, leaders never cut. It is my understanding that these vault prints are only available to venues that run reel to reel.

That is correct. this print is only available to those of that still run 20min reels. I am surprised though. You say that the leaders where uncut though when you showed it. they where cut when I got the print in. HMMMMMMMMMM?
