TES

Loose in can: Son of Rambow

NOTE: Overture Films has included one of two different notes about framing this picture.

ATTENTION PROJECTIONIST:
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS FILM, THE VISTOR, BE CORRECTLY CENTERED-FRAMED FOR A 1.85:1 ASPECT RATIO .

PLEASE DO NOT SHOW ANY ADDITIONAL HEADROOM.

THANK YOU, OVERTURE FILMS

NOTE TWO:
April 3, 2003

IMPORTANT PROJECTIONIST ALERT FOR "THE VISTOR"

PLEAS NOTE THAT IT IS CRITICAL THAT THIS FILM IS PROPERLY FRAMED FOR THE 1:85 ASPECT RATIO . IF YOU ARE FRAMED LOW , YOU WILL SEE MICROPHONES THROUGHOUT THE MOVIE WHICH WILL BE VERY DISRUPTIVE TO THE AUDIENCE.

PLEASE USE RP40 FRAMING REFERENCE FILM PRIOR TO THE SCREENING TO ALIGN YOUR PROJECTOR IF YOU HAVE IT. IF YOU DO NOT, PLEASE ENSURE THE "OVERTURE LOGO" THAT STARTS THE MOVIE IS "CENTER FRAMED" BUT ONLY AFTER THE ENTIRE LOGO (INCLUDING THE STARZ COMPANY)APPEARS ON THE SCREEN BELOW THE OVERTURE LOGO. IF YOU CENTER THE FRAME WITH JUST THE "OVERTURE LOGO BEFORE "STARZ" COMES UP, YOU WILL BE FRAMED TOO LOW.

THE FIRST SHOT IN THE MOVIE HAS AN EASY FRAMING REFERENCE. A MAN GOES TO ANSWER THE FRONT DOOR IN HIS HOUSE. THE TOP OF THE DOOR JAM ON THE SCREEN. YOU SHOULD NOT SEE ANY ADDITIONAL SPACE ABOVE THE TOP OF THE DOOR. IF YOU FRAME TO THIS IT WILL BE CORRECT. (THIS SHOT ALSO HAS A BOOM MIC THAT WILL APPEAR IF NOT FRAMED CORRECTLY) SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE FRAMED RIGHT.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING ON THE IMPORTANCE OF FRAMING THIS CORRECTLY. PLEASE CALL US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT 424-204-4045.

THANK YOU

OVERTURE FILMS

They have called a few times and Technicolor reminding theatres running this film about framing the picture.
