Once in a Lifetime: The Extraordinary Story of the New York Cosmos

Miramax
6 reels
1.85
Dolby Digital/Dolby SR
Cyan Dye Analog Track
Fujicolor stock
Deluxe labs
No trailers attached or included
97 minutes
Arri filmout from video original

Reel 5 ends with a fade-out, Reel 6 fades in from black

The print I received was prominently labeled "PG-13" on all head leaders. There's some discussion that non-domestic versions may have some unobscured nudity, hence the clear "PG-13" designation on domestic copies. Can any non-North Americans out there confirm this?

Further info:

The reel change from reel 1 to reel 2 happens in the middle of a shot, as does the change from reel 2 to reel 3. In other words, the exact same shot starts at the end of reel 1 and finishes in the beginning of reel 2. This could be confusing to people breaking down the print if they aren't aware of it. Use the cue marks as a guide--there are 18 frames after the changeover cue mark to the end of each reel.

Also, there's a 15 second tag scene of a couple of fans at the end of the credit roll, just before the Miramax logo.
