bump.

It plays fine at (and subtitles are safe for) 1.85, though the other post suggests that 1.66 is more appropriate.

Whoops -- where's my public humiliation? I did do a search,
but perhaps I misspelled "Guantanamo"? Anyhow,
details missing from Scott's:

"Road To Guantanamo" (2006)
1.66:1 Flat (hard matte)
"SR/SRD H.D." (whatever that means; no SDDS or DTS)
High magenta soundtrack
Deluxe London lab
Roadside Attractions
IDP
Laser subtitling

"Several reels had some errant subtitles lasered in 15-20 feet ahead of the start of the reel (on the countdown leader), which made me worry about sync, but they seemed to be fine."

Carl Martin says these are pseudonormal and duplicate the first subtitle later in the reel. "Huh."
