Loose in can: "Confetti"

Note: ALERT: CAUTION ON CHANGEOVER FROM REELS 2 TO 3 -- DON'T CUT TOO SOON! (This is the note inside of the film cans)

Dear Theatre Managers and Projectionists:

There is a short, very important scene at the end of Reel 2 of "Thank You For Smoking" that can be easily missed when building the print or changing over reels:

Following a scene at a restaurant, there is a sharp cut to black. After about 3 feet, another short scene begins. The changeover cues are in this last scene.

AT CHANGEOVER HOUSES:
Pay close attention to the changeover cues so not to miss the last scene.

AT PLATTER HOUSES:
Please check to make sure that only the tail is cut off--no actual filmed footage is cut.

If you have any questions, please call the 20th Century Fox Print Department at (310) 369-2044

The said scene after the sharp cut to black is a fade in and only last 30 feet.

Neg. splices visable on most reels ala "The Passion" from last year. Reel 3 is a half reel.
