I believe it was the head of Reel 4 it is hard to find the ID frame, look for a blue mark in the frame near the edge closest to the sound head. Also with Reel 5 there is a splice here on the head

The 'Splice Here' frames are lab mistakes IMO as they are not in the proper place for a first frame of action. One reel has one of them and still has a definable first frame of action in its normal place.

I wouldn't use them unless there were documents expressly saying so.
