Peel off splicing tape and do not cut new frames This notice is printed on a tab that is slipped under the splicing tape at each leader joint, allowing you to pull off the existing splice. A more detailed Note To The Projectionist explaining this is in the can. Evidently they are serious about not lopping off additional frames.
