Particularly poor head/tail labelling.

Also, one of our prints came on 3" cores mounted on clip-reels for 4" cores, such that stop did not engage, thus the core could rotate freely with respect to the flanges and the 5/16" shaft, resulting in inadequate winding tension and cinching damage.
