Newmarket Films (for US)

The Passion of the Christ may be the attached trailer; consider it "attached" if it's not with your print.

Since Charles never, ever responds to emails and this is his second offense regarding this issue, his account has been suspended indefinitely. (Answer my email Charles and I'll turn you back on.)

Right at the top of each page in nice big lettering are the words:
quote:
You must have personally handled the print being discussed to post in this forum.
That policy is there for a reason! Any post in this forum made by someone who has not personally handled the print being discussed is damaging the validity of the archives here.

Theaters playing Monster should NOT attach the Passion of Christ trailer based upon Charles' post above. The odds are that he pulled that out of thin air.

there are 3 logos lab-spliced to the head of the print: newmarket, media 8 (i think), and something else with a lion. the second logo only has sdds, not the rest of the film. the third logo has no srd. the second logo also starts with a "flash frame" as the sound start precedes the first frame of black, and whoever assembled it decided not the chop the first frame of sound. we got 2 used low-number prints so maybe later prints are slightly different.

Our print that arrived today did have "The Passion Of Christ" attached - although lab spliced on the print.
Also enclosed were:
