Changeover houses...beware of nasty greenish colored frames immediately following the last frame on each reel.

Analog houses...there is a reel change (3 to 4, or maybe it was 4 to 5) that will have a jump to the sound, as the lab forgot to dupe the beginning audio on the incoming reel to the end of the outgoing reel. This is very easily seen during buildup. (One piece of film has no activity on the track, the other one has obvious activity.) There is nothing that can be done.

Brad--I noticed the sound jump, too, and thought I was crazy. Thanks for posting this warning.

Edit: It does occur between R4 and R5.

Can anyone report if the sound jump occurs in digital?
