To answer my own question:

6 reels
flat/1.85 (hard matte just barely visible at 1.66)
Sony Pictures Classics
Reel Easy depot
Deluxe Hollywood lab
SR/SR-D
watch out for the fadeout at the R5 -> R6 changeover
also, note the blue ratings band at both the beginning (R1) and end (R6) of the film; at the end, the track continues after the ratings band cuts to black, so be sure not to end the show too early

Also, there is an annoying "pop" (on the digital track, too) between the ratings band at the beginning of R1 and the Sony Pictures Classics logo. Weird.
