Actually While disney-owned, Miramax' distribution arm is independent of BVPD, otherwise Miramax prints would say 'Buena Vista' on the shipping labels, and Miramax is not ever mentioned on any offical BV correspondence or letterheads (Disney, Hollywood (weren't they supposed to phase this branch out a la Sony phasing out Tri-Star?), and Touchstone.
