I'm servicing an NEC NC3200S that had an incorrect 1.2kW lamp installed. In trying to get the proper 3kW lamp in there, we discovered that either the installer didn't leave the NC-25CL01 adapter needed to fit an Ushio UXL lamp, or they walked with it.

If anyone has one, or knows where to source them, please let me know. NEC no longer manufactures these.
