Permanently bound in large hardcover binder, no dust jacket.
Good condition.
Approximately 500 pages.

Description: A rare, comprehensive, encyclopedic vintage technical reference work on film sound projection. Includes many diagrams and illustrations. No other copies currently for sale online. A large, heavy book.

From the Preface: "The Projectionists' Sound Course was written to meet the demand for a simplified course of study on theatrical sound equipment. The study material in the course is so arranged that the lesson sheets may serve as a text for class instruction and may also be used for individual home study work. ..."

Condition: Good condition overall. Binding tight. Intact and complete. Clean and unmarked inside. First blank page is creased vertically. Gold gilt lettering on dark brown leather-like cover and spine is mostly worn away. Covers are also scuffed and worn, though with no large areas of major damage. Solid, easily readable condition.
