I am having a tough time with this issue.
During the QSC logo that has the cues for the Feature, the lamp shuts off and the lights go full up.

The only error I see in DCC is SIB Comm Failure.

We swapped ICP boards, but the problem did not follow.

Previously we were having issues with this projector having delayed (10-20sec) transitions between content. I then reseated the IMB and now we have traded it for this issue.

GDC has remoted in, but no resolution. This has been going on for about 2 weeks.

Any insight or where we should begin to investigate?

Looks like Signal Input Board loses connection and causes the feature playback to abort.

Check the connection between the motherboard and the SIB first, maybe it's just a loose connection.

I reseated all the boards, but I am not certain which is the SIB. How can I identify that?
