Hi all,

I'm experiencing a weird problem.
I've got some people renting an auditorium to show some short films next week, when we did a test last week using a laptop on the HDMI input and everything was fine. (I have NEC900C) Now anything I put on the HDMI input on the projector shows things tinted wrong. Specifically all flesh colors are now red. It seems things that use yellow are now using red.....everything looks fine except for the peoples flesh (or anything with yellow mixed in) It was fine a week ago ...but now its no good. I've tried several sources on the HDMI input all have the same issue.

Any ideas on the cause and a fix ?

Thanks !!

UPDATE - I tried to delete the post but couldn't, I found the solution. It seems there was a button I forgot to press, there is a setting for FLAT, SCOPE and BLU RAY on the projector...if set to flat or scope it gave those incorrect colors ...now its good. Phew !!!

Without being too specific, flat and scope will be DCI presets and use xyz color, while Bluray will use rec.709, which ist correct for most HDMI sources.
