Hi, I can't connect a pc to a projector.
I tried using its default IP by the first and second ports, it responds to ping but cannot connect to software (commander or communicator). Can someone help me please.

If you are trying to connect via the two eithernet ports on the ICMP that is the wrong place. You need to connect to one of the ports on the cinema controller which is the board below the ICMP. Any of the ports will work as they all go to an internal network switch on the cinema controller.

The eithernet ports on the ICMP are for other purposes such as the data stream to an Atmos processor or the media network.
