Hi all.
I have some Errors after instal vnc pack for my new show vault.
I have the code number DCP-E020420.
How i find solution?

What version is your software at? The most recent available is 2.8.25.

What version VNC package are you using? The most recent available is 1.11.

You could try reverting to a previous software version, installing VNC, and then updating your software again.

If you download the 1.11 VNC package, that should work with 2.8.19.

You should update the software to 2.8.20 or 2.8.25 as well.

These packages are available on the Dolby FTP, or by contacting Dolby customer support.

First instal vnc remove pack after instal vnc pack , Done.
