This issue just started yesterday while I power the Barco projector DP2k-20c Barco projector. I have checked the Fan controller and the necessary fan connectors but yet still persist to play a movie. The lamp always switches off. I need assistance house.

Did you already try to replace the lamp?

The lamp still has up to 600 running hour, so I never thought of the lamp.

I don’t know what error 3514 means - the communicator will tell you - but if the lamp is involved, replacing it is always step number one. Lamps do fail any time, regardless of warranty hours.

In demo mode, Communicator returns "description not available" for error 3514 in error lookup. I connected to a real 20C and got the same answer.

Then changing the lamp won’t help.
