Author Topic: Error 5646 Light source - switching on the light source failed Ryan Mok Film Handler Posts: 1 From: Hong Kong , Hong Kong Registered: Feb 2019 posted 04-20-2019 01:59 AM                     hello everyone iv got a problem about this i had no idea of it plz give me some suggestion it's a kinoton DCP 30 MX II 4K projector p.s : yesterday it had fuse blew inside the projector once with using ups then i change to the main power supply it also fuse blew inside the projector & the room fuse , after that i reset and restart the projector its work yesterday but now i cant switch on the lamp and showing this (Error 5646 Light source - switching on the light source failed)  |  IP: Logged Marcel Birgelen Film God Posts: 3357 From: Maastricht, Limburg, Netherlands Registered: Feb 2012 posted 04-20-2019 11:27 AM                     I have no particular knowledge about this Kinoton/Barco machine, but it looks like your iginition circuit is giving you a hard time. If fuses blow, it's usually a short circuit somewhere.
