Hello Good Night, I have a GDC server I put the film the subtitled mule, it turns out that when the movie starts the subtitles come out with the delay, this happens two days in a row, the Barco DP2K-23B projector appears that this is dead to the side a sales message in red that says expiration, the momentary solution that the new GDC year, he wanted saber and the step for the same thing and that the solution could give for it. Thank you

"The Subqualified Mule"

I didn't know that Trump's biopic is out already? Sorry... didn't mean to get political there. I have no opinion obviously. [Wink]

But could you try to more clearly describe your problem?

- Do the subtitles initially show and disappear after a while?
- Or do the subtitles show with a significant delay?

And do you have the problem just with a particular DCP or is it a general problem?

Sorry for the error, my problem is the following the delay of the subtitles is significant and only happens in that movie, in other functions I do not have the problem or at least until now.

If it happens only in that movie and in no other, then the problem is most likely in that movie rather than in your equipment.

Your best answer would probably be to contact whoever you got that movie from and ask them what the problem could be.

Need an OCAP key to do subtitles.

You get the Red X next to the VF feature content since it's missing the key.
