I am hearing there is an issue with closed captions on a movie that started on Thursday. If you have new CC issues, I'd really like to hear about it (probably a PM here). I'd like to know the following:

1. Movie title
2. Server manufacturer and model and software version
3. Closed caption system manufacturer, model, and firmware version
4. Location (city and state in US).

THANKS!

Harold
