Hello good people.

Sorry if this is a repeat question, I've been unable to find anything through google or in forum.

Would someone please have the right email/web page for requesting Sony Media Block certificates for key generation? I have an exhibitor requesting some, and being unable to get the projection rooms extract them off the servers to send to me.

Thank you very much Carsten. I had found that same contact and tried to establish contact with that person two days ago, but have received no response, so I guessed the information might've been outdated.

Thanks for your help.

Edit: In fact, I've just double checked the spam folder, and I got a bounce from the address as it's not longer a valid one.

Certificates on 500 series can be extracted from the GUI. Cannot remember exactly where they are but there is a friendly button, you then plug a USB stick in the server et voilą.

I cannot remember on top of my head where that is but it should where the MB info is.

You connect via a PC and using a navigator, you log-in to the system:
Configuration>System>Certificate info
from the "download" dialog/drop down menu you choose KDM (Certificate used to issue KDMS for the Media Block) and then you press the "Download" button.

P.S. You have to connect as a show manager, not as a projectionist
